The AYS program is an opportunity to upgrade your yoga practice with its sister science, Ayurveda. The medicine of Ayurveda uses yoga science as a tool for supporting our health and wellness. This program will offer in-person lectures, and some online extra materials for you to use for your own health and wellness or share with your students/clients. We will learn an Ayurvedic yoga practice along with opportunities to work with training clients.
