We offer an in-depth 200HR Teacher Training that far surpasses your average asana education. You will leave deeply enriched in the full 8 limbs of yoga, able to honor their roots and lead a well rounded practice. Fall 2025 200hr is currently taking place. At Breathing Room, we believe in the transformative power of yoga to cultivate mindfulness, physical health, and spiritual growth. Our 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training program is designed for yoga teachers who have completed a 200-hour certification and are ready to deepen their practice, expand their knowledge, and enhance their teaching skills.
