Wildly Calm Yoga & Wellness Retreat

  • Tribu Todos Santos Hotel Camino a las Playitas & Camino Viejo S/N Todos Santos BCS 23300 US# 6122346093 Todos Santos mexico (map)

Created by Margot and Lauren, Wildly Calm is an invitation to unplug, unwind, and reconnect—with yourself and the wildness within. Step away from the noise and into presence as you release expectations, soften self-judgment, and ground into who you are—right here, right now.

This retreat offers a sacred space to rest, recharge, and rediscover your inner calm through daily yoga, reflection, philosophy, and deep self-inquiry. Each day is thoughtfully curated with opportunities for growth, quiet healing, and meaningful connection.

We honor the balance between stillness and vitality, grounding and expansion. You will be gently challenged to explore your body, open your heart, and cultivate connection—with others and, most importantly, yourself. You’ll return home rested, rooted, and renewed, carrying tools to help you thrive amidst the wildness of life.

The Yoga:

Have you ever practiced with Margot?
Each class is an invitation to meet yourself exactly where you are, while exploring yogic concepts and ideas that help us navigate the beautiful, messy reality of being human in the modern world.

Margot’s sessions weave creative sequencing with thoughtful guidance, leaving you deeply connected to your physical and energetic body. She creates space for reflection and play, encouraging you to discover how best to support your body and mind.

On retreat, this experience only deepens. Enjoy daily practices in asana and philosophy that will leave you with fresh tools for finding calm amidst the wildness of life—so you return home not just rested, but renewed.

The Yogic Theme for this retreat is Surrender

Surrender to all that is in your life—without resistance, without the urge to do or overdo. Here, there is no need to be anything other than who you are in this very moment.

Through thoughtfully crafted classes, Margot will guide you to soften into the “stickiness” of letting go—the expectations, the self-judgments, the constant striving—and instead, step fully into the truth of your life as it is in this season. Together, we’ll explore how to meet each moment with openness, grace, and presence, so you can thrive through challenges, flow around roadblocks, and embrace joys with a grounded heart.

On this retreat, surrender becomes more than an idea—it becomes a lived, embodied practice you can carry into every aspect of your life.

Margot and Lauren

have spent the last decade building businesses, raising families, and showing up for each other through it all.

MARGOT BROOM, ERYT 900 Founder Breathing Room

Known as a teacher’s teacher, Margot is celebrated for her wisdom, clarity, and grace. With over 20 years of training in asana, philosophy, Ayurveda, Reiki, Vinyasa, and Iyengar, she brings depth, precision, and heart to every class. Her teaching helps practitioners of all levels feel truly welcomed, while making even the most intricate aspects of yoga accessible, empowering, and deeply relevant.

Her journey began in early adolescence when she was first introduced to yoga, sparking a lifelong path of self-study rooted in both spiritual philosophy and the rhythms of modern life. By 22, she completed her first teacher training, stepping fully into a vocation that has grown steadily over two decades.

Out of both loss and inspiration, Margot founded Breathing Room—originally a small studio tucked in the back of an antique shop in New Haven. Fueled by vision and community, it grew into a beloved hub for practice and transformation. Now located on Crown Street in downtown New Haven, Breathing Room proudly celebrates its 17th year in 2025.

Margot’s classes are soulful, challenging, and rooted in the full experience—philosophy, precise sequencing, good music, and an open invitation to be wholly yourself. Her teaching draws deeply from lived experience, offering a space where students grow with grace, grit, and authenticity.

Beyond the studio, Margot serves as Chair of the Board for the Town Green Special Service District of New Haven, where she actively advocates for public art, safety, social justice, and community connection.
