Join Margot for her famous Chocolate Chakra Workshop!

In this immersive two-hour specialty class, meditation and asana are thoughtfully woven together to explore the elemental energies of earth, water, fire, air, and ether, and how they correspond to different areas of our physical and emotional bodies—known collectively as the chakra system. Throughout the experience, we’ll indulge in seven unique chocolates, each intentionally paired with the element and energetic qualities of its corresponding chakra. Together, we’ll awaken the senses, deepen awareness, and explore embodiment in a truly delicious way.

Margot’s style of teaching is influenced by more than 20 years of devotion to her personal yoga practice and education.
