Join Marlene for an introduction to the Sri Chakra Yantra, a sacred geometric representation of unity and balance. We’ll end the afternoon creating a mandala for the Hearth using flower petals, sticks, herbs, stones & crystals.

The meditative sounds of singing bowls, gongs, ocean drums, and chimes activate the relaxation response to calm your mind, relax your body, and nourish your soul.
