Join us for a collaborative event between On&On Radio and Breathing Room Yoga Center. This incredible evening celebrates the Summer Solstice through movement & wellness in community. Participants will be welcomed with a beverage of choice, and guided through a short yoga sequence led by Kristin to get our bodies moving. The evening will evolve into a dance led by On&On DJ Carolynyanaa's curated set, followed by a soothing Sound Bath to end the evening.

Schedule:

6:00 pm Arrive & get acclimated to the space. Grab a welcome beverage to kick start your evening. Low, soft music playing for a calm ambience

6:30 pm Yoga flow with Kristin

7:00pm Sunset SOLSTICE DANCE 60 min Digital DJ set by Carolynyanaa

Followed by 30min ambient COOL down set

8:30pm Sound Bath

9pm End

Things to keep in mind: Upon arrival, attendees will be asked to take off their shoes. This is a *sober* event. Sign-up in advance is highly encouraged.
