Nestled along the coastline of Todos Santos, Soul & Sea is a thoughtfully curated retreat designed for deep restoration and reconnection. With the ocean as your backdrop, you’ll experience daily yoga, guided wellness practices, and therapist-led discussions in a setting that invites calm, clarity, and ease.

The Practice

Each morning will start with 2 hours together in the Yoga Shala, creating more of a mini-workshop vibe rather than just two hours of movement. Explore yogic concepts, philosophies, breathwork, and movement to help you immerse yourself in the environment and culture of slowing down and deeply listening to what this time requires.

Lauren Dailey, 500hr yt

Lauren is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Instructor, Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, and Cooking Teacher. Lauren has spent time training and teaching with a variety of renowned instructors in New York City, India, Hawaii, and across New England. Before settling into her own private business, Lauren worked at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health which is the largest non-profit for yoga and holistic health in the country.

Lauren’s intention during retreats is to help people deepen their understanding of yoga, Ayurveda, and healthy cooking habits. She specializes in making Ayurveda feel less complicated and more accessible to modern practitioners.

Margot Broom, Owner & Founder of Breathing Room

Margot’s style of teaching comes from over 1000 hours of training in Asana, philosophy, Ayurveda, Reiki & energy work, Vinyasa, and Iyengar—among many other styles and disciplines. She has taught internationally and studied under Ali Cramer, Ruth Robbins, Nikki Costello, Judith Lasater, Rodney Yee, Brian Kest, Ellena Brower, Dana Flynn, and others.

Margot attributes her teachings to years of learning from life’s experiences of loss, love, challenge, and joy. She believes that the practices are an extension of your life and we need to meet them with dedication, grace, and humility knowing that each challenge is an opportunity to grow.

Margot’s retreats are known for striking a rare balance: thoughtfully structured yet intuitively led, allowing each participant to have their own unique experience. Through her guidance, you can expect to feel both grounded and inspired.

    Each class is an invitation to meet yourself exactly where you are, while exploring yogic concepts and ideas that help us navigate the beautiful, messy reality of being human in the modern world.

    Every practice is optional and always offered with modifications and alternate movements.

    Margot’s yoga sessions weave creative sequencing with thoughtful guidance, leaving you deeply connected to your physical and energetic body. She creates space for reflection and play, encouraging you to discover how best to support your body and mind.

    On retreat, this experience only deepens. Enjoy daily practices in asana and philosophy that will leave you with fresh tools for finding calm amidst the wildness of life—so you return home not just rested, but renewed.

    2. Complete Your Payment no later than 45 days before the retreat.

    3. If booking within 45 days of the start date, full payment is due at the time of registration.

    Once you’re booked, you can start dreaming about warm Baja sunsets, morning yoga with the sound of the ocean, and days filled with connection, laughter, and stillness.

    Not Included:
    Your retreat fee does not cover airfare, passport/visa/customs fees, travel insurance, specialty beverages or alcohol, meals outside the retreat program, tips, personal expenses, or spa/self-care services.

    Roommate Matching:
    If you choose the shared room option, we’ll gladly match you with another participant whenever possible. If we’re unable to do so, the single occupancy rate will apply.

    We encourage packing light—bring only what you’ll truly enjoy having with you. The beauty of Soul & Sea is found in slowing down and living simply for a few days.

  • We will provide shuttle service from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico airport on the morning and early afternoon of October 14th. Please send us a copy of your flight itinerary as soon as you book it so we can make arrangements. Cabo airport is fairly easy to navigate, but we will send travel tips as the dates approach. If you choose to arrive outside of this time window, we can advise you on how to schedule a shuttle or Uber. However we will only be financially covering the rides we schedule for the group.

  • We know that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. At the same time, our retreats require careful planning, advanced reservations, and commitments to our venue and partners—meaning each booking directly impacts the entire group experience.

    If You Need to Cancel

    • All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your spot and allow us to plan accordingly.

    • The remaining balance is due 45 days before the retreat start date.

    • If you choose to cancel at any time after booking, we are unable to offer refunds. We recommend securing travel insurance to protect your investment.

    Why This Policy Exists
    Your retreat fee allows us to reserve accommodations, hire staff, and prepare a beautiful, seamless experience for everyone attending. Once a space is reserved for you, it’s held exclusively for you, making it difficult to fill last-minute cancellations.

    No Refunds for Unused Services
    The retreat price is a package rate. Credits or refunds cannot be issued for unused accommodations, meals, classes, or activities, as these are arranged in advance for the entire group.

    We appreciate your understanding, and we’re here to help you make the most of your investment—whether that’s ensuring your travel plans are solid or connecting you with resources for trip insurance.
