On the night of the full moon, we will come together and share in a Yinstorative Yoga practice where we create sacred space and unravel energetic blocks while clearing the mind through supported & reclining postures. Our goal is to plant seeds of intention using guided imagery and activate those intentions through meditation, pranayama, and candle carving.

 ABOUT THE TEACHER
To me, yoga is all about the balance between movement and stillness/awareness so my classes often combine both the Yin & Yang. I love leading Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative and also frequently weave in sound healing, essential oils, and Reiki as I have found these experiences tremendously valuable.
