Yoga is a perfect complement to any woman's journey through pregnancy. These safe and gentle classes will highlight yoga postures, breathing exercises,
and relaxation techniques
that strengthen your body,
alleviate discomforts,
connect you to your growing
baby, and prepare for your
optimal birth. These classes
are suitable for pregnant
women new to yoga as well
as experienced practitioners,
and for women at all stages
of pregnancy. Come join
other women as we create a
supportive community with Lillian, and Audrey, both of which are prenatal yoga instructors, birth doulas, and nurse-midwifery students.
Each Series is 4 weeks long & costs $65 per series.
