Express Lunch Yoga Practice

This 45 minute class is perfect for a lunch break or mid afternoon opportunity to find some time for yourself! In class we follow a slow Vinyasa practice concentrating on the connection of breath and body. We gently flow through postures working closely with alignment and body structure while using props to help create a class that is refreshing for the body. Perfect for lunch break!
